Long story short I saw the reverse switch was unplugged from previous owner. Saw it was unplugged last night plugged it back in didn't realize reverse light's were always on when I plugged it back in.

How do I remove it to install new one?

 

Use an end wrench and unscrew it. It just threads into the case.
