Default B18b turbo gas on top of piston

Hey guys, I'm having a problem with my motor. I changed out my spark plugs and all the Pistons were wet with gas on top of them. I noticed that when I turn the key twice(not turning it on) my fue pressure gauge would go up to 40psi and in 1 second it would drop right back to 0psi. I just got the car tune and don't know why it's doing this. When I turn the key I heard the fuel pump turn on and I also hear a little hiss noise coming from the fuel rail. I don't see no gas spilling anywhere. Has anybody had this problem. Thanks.

the injectors are leaking. its odd though for all 4 to start leaking at about the same time.

Do you how could I test it to see if it's really my injectors leaking? Car stays on idles perfect even the aem wideband riding is perfect, but when I drive it and push on the gas passed 3k rpm the check engine lights turns on and it's starts dumping fuel aem wideband be reading at 10.00
