Default 98 Civic Ex Coupe Hmotors B16B Swap A/C P/S $5,500

The car is not perfect but it's surprisingly clean for a 98. Interior is clean, exterior has door dings and needs some repair to the front bumper, pass fender and pass door. Nothing serious though. I believe the car ran over a tree branch that fought back. Bought it that way. Has an si wing but it's silver right now.
The good stuff:
Hmotors b16b, gates timing belt, Oem water pump, energy torque mounts, brand new supertech valve seals, thermostat, valve cover gasket etc. full time up.
Exedy racing street stage one clutch
REAL spoon intake elbow
Ctr strut tower brace
Ctr shift linkage, shifter with prothane bushings.
Plm Toda b16b 4-2-1 replica header
Blox test pipe
Fujitsubo full cat back super quiet even at full throttle
Eibach pro kit springs
Eibach pro struts and shocks
Progress 22mm rear sway bar
Completely new front suspension including upper control arms, lower control arms, ball joints, etc. rear is stock for now. Just had it all aligned.
Walbro fuel pump
Brakes are good. Just stock stuff.
I have a set of rear disks to install with cables but haven't done it yet.
Tires are almost brand new but they are on stock steelies with hub caps
Real Ek Ctr headlights
The engine bay has fresh paint professionally done. All new factory from Honda ac lines, dryer and compressor. New hood latch cable from Honda. Fender well covers and some other small parts as well.
All of these parts are new and top notch quality.
I've only put about 400 miles on it since the swap went in. No cels and it runs strong for a b16. Revs to 9k on factory ecu.
The swap is low mileage. The car has around 150k, I think. The gauges aren't stock and the cluster reads over 200k. Wheel bearings and suspension are all nice and shiny though so no worries either way. No rust. It does smoke. Its burning oil. I've replaced the valve seals and I did a compression test that was perfect (235/240/237/245) so either I didn't fix the seal problem properly or something else is off. I can't figure it out. It runs strong. It's a great project for someone who just wants to polish it off or just drive it how it is.

$5,500

It's not like it just bellows out smoke. I'm just being honest about it. It's still a rust free body with a type r with perfect compression, a perfect LSD tranny, ac, ps and cruise. I most likely didn't get one of the valve seals pushed down far enough. That's a $15 fix for a whole new set of seals. Thanks for the bump though.
