Default Accord 01 LX p1381 reset while driving

I'm using jumper wires connected to number 13 fuse slot . P1381 cylinder position sensor error idle bumps down intermittently every couple seconds or so and then throws code put it in limp mode also. Can I reset the p1381 code while driving? I can get the car to drive fine put in Reverse it pulls down RPMs to 700 starts bumping down again throws p1381 code and limp mode so I reset it and keep going so at this point what I want to know is if I can reset code while driving using the jumper wires going from the fuse slot to the Dash thanks , Tailwind

Not exactly sure where you are going with this?

Wouldn't you just solve for the reason you are getting the code

Because I'm not sure what the problem is it could be Electric wires or connectors could be that cylinder position sensor I could replace the whole distributor with a used one and find out that's it's not the problem or defective not the problem way out in the Sticks weather is a problem to say the least and I'm in a pinch thank you from my research new Distributors aren't made anymore so that's a whole new can of worms..... what would be really great it says I could just disable the sensor but from what I understand it's all goes an electronic Loop kinda like old Christmas light bulbs if One sensor doesn't work then it's messed up am I right thanks thank you thank you I need some Tailwind I wish I could just disable the cylinder position sensor and everything would be just fine but apparently it might not be that easy

Was the distributor the fix needed?
