Looking to see if an em1 sir (usdm si) header back exhaust system will fit my ek hatch? I won't use the Axleback portion because I'll be using my own custom hks hi power. Will it work?

Mainly want to know if catback - to - axleback portion will line up and fit perfectly

No, the em1 will not fit, it will require modifications to the b-pipe.

 

the em1 piping is 2.25 inch though correct? Know what kind of mods it may need?

 

2.25 the diameter....you need to bring it to a muffler shop so they can modify it to fit if you are dead set on putting it on the car.
