Hey guy I am having problems with me 90 civic the car have d16z6 swap with a p28 ecu the car run good most of the time some time mistfire and idle really low all the time so low that I can't put the AC on because th compressor star to kick on and off when the car is not running the other thing is doing the car don't want to rep pass 6500 rpm and the p28 redline is 7200 rpm another thing is that when I am in the highway around 4000 to 5000 rpm the car to a fuel cut I Che the timing more then one person did and is on timing and I fix out that is I take the vacuum line that go to the fuel regular the car idle better then what I does when is on I check for code and I get code 10,14,17 and I google the code and the 14 say that is the idle control valve or can be bad ecm any help guys in how to know if is my ecu that is bad thank you and sorry if I make any mistake English is not my first language

Sounds like you need wiring work research your codes and report back with what you found
My guess is you switch the plugs for it and iacv
Last you need to use the right injectors or convert to no box

Ok I would heck the wired tomorrow and for the injectors and the other part are obd1
Ok I check the wired and I have the green plug on the iacv where go and I delete the resident box the car still doing the same thing don't want rep higher then 6500 and I txt me ecu in my friend car and rep alway to 7200 so is something wrong with my harness or with my engien another question what is that plug in the firewall

What wrong the plug or the wired I have another harness dpfi that I am going to make this weekend and see if that the problem I am going to use this diagram
Ok I when over my harness and is good I find 1 wire that was in the wrong spot and I fix that the car keep doing the same thing but now I only have code 10 for the intake air temperature sensor now my question is would that sensor would make my car don't rep alway to the 7200rpm and another size I get mad a the car 2 days ago and I rep and the engien is light knocking I don't want to take the engien out yet bec I want to fix the problem first so when I swap the engien I have no problems with the new engien
