i have a 97 accord sedan with the kind of maroon-ish color paint, i was thinking about getting 15"x8" wheels and couldn't decide between black or silver and possibly even white wheels. i think 17" wheels would look better but I'm 17 and don't have a whole lot of budget. was curious if anyone has the same car or similar with the same size and color wheels on there.

Might want to revisit that statement.
Any decent 15" tire that would fit a 15 x 8 wheel and be the correct height will not be cheap. Lot easier to find a 17" tires for a given pricepoint.

Unless you are into the stretched tire look, then you have come to the wrong forum. Check appearance section for stretched tire recommendation.
