Default 1990 Accord

When I go over 65mph my front axle feels like its gonna come undone, I've considered a wheel balance issue or a broken belt in one or both front tires. Anyone have any idea of what it could be?

Aside from a worn tire, could be any one of the following: Wheel bearing, upper or lower ball joints, inner or outer tie rods, worn struts or broken coil spring.

Only way to know for sure is to jack the car up and give the wheel a tug.

Jack the car up and place a block/jack stand under the sub frame. Let the suspension hang unsupported.

Push and pull the wheel from the top and bottom, if there is a clunk/movement most likely a ball joint.

Push and pull the wheel from the sides, if there is a clunk/movement most likely tie rods.

If you get movement from both locations it could ether be multiple issues or a wheel bearing.

It is easier if you can get someone else to do the pushing and pulling so you can get behind the wheel and watch for any clunky movement at these joints. It is usually pretty obvious what component is worn.
