Ok after sitting for 5 years I finally got around to bringing it back to life. Replaced wiring harness from headlights to taillights with auto d15 stuff that originally came in car. I found that mice or rats had ate the 5 speed wiring I had installed years ago. Made new engine harness using distributor sensor wiring from obd1 Integra harness for plug and play obd1 dizzy. Depinned extra shock tower plug, used that for the two injectors and cyp sensor. Ecu is throwing no codes, but can't get Injector pulse. Checked and double checked Ecu grounds and powers. Cleaned grounds, did continuity Checks on injector circuits from Ecu through injectors clear to resistor box connector Has great spark, will run on carb spray. Cel comes on fuel pump primes. Ecu is known good chipped p75, distributor worked fine before but still tried a spare. low impedance 1600cc Injectors, walbro 450 pump, kennel bell boost a pump. Pte 6765,2.0 Darton mid sleeved lsvtec with locked pro1s. Used snapon vantage to check dizzy sensors waveform and resistance looked good as did ac voltage. Have two weeks till dyno time.
Gotta get this figured out, any help would be awesome

So your wiring from your ECU to your injectors is good. But your ECU is not emitting a signal? You mentioned the ECU is known to be good, but i'd double check that.
How's the wiring between the main relay and the injector resistor box? (yellow / black)
Also check all your fuses are good in your main fuse box.

Do you have power at the injectors, and your just not getting the ground pulse from the ECU/ECM on any injector?
If so, check for power at IGP1 and IGP2 on your ECU/ECM, both must have power when ign. switch is in the run AND start .
You said you have replaced and made wiring harnesses, have you done a continuity test on the leads from the ECU/ECM to the injectors, or from the PGM-FI Main Relay to the injectors, [if it's a power problem]? 94
