These cars are definitely hard to find, especially if you're really picky. Might have to lower your expectations a bit, or continue to be patient.
I waited over 5 years to find my 94 GSR, i've also been looking for a 92-95si but they're really tough to find.

That said, the word "mint" seams to mean "average" these days in my opinion.
