Hey guys, I am new to Honda, but I've been modifying cars since 1997.
I currently own 98' Pathfinder 4x4, 2006 Nighthawk, and the car
In question 97 Accord 2.2L h22.
I have been repairing the basics like valve cover gasket,
Engine Belts, etc. I have replaced nearly all of the fuses under hood
And under foot. Which lead me to this, in the pic you can see
A OEM clip with both black and yellow/red striped wires coming out.
I have attempted a search both here and elsewhere on the
Interwebs and I cannot find any reference to this clip or
It's wiring. Please tell me what its for, and Secondly what is the 15A fuse for ?

 

That appears to be a hobo-car alarm installation. Or some other accessory. It is not factory.

Yup.
Honda would not have a fuse floating in space like that.
