They are on the loose side of the specs but they will work.
Valve Clearance
Intake:
0.20-0.24 mm (0.008-0.009 in.)
Exhaust:
0.28-0.32 mm (0.011-0.013 in.)
I usually shoot for the tighter side of the clearances using the 0.20mm and 0.28mm feeler gauges.

I have the same question regarding the 2002 V6 3.0 liter. What gauges for intake and exhaust valve adjustment? I have a service manual but it only specifies 99-2001??
