2003 Accord turns over won't start
A few days ago my blower motor quit working after trying use the accessory cigarette plug.
Figured it was a fuse and was checking them out. I only checked 4 fuses.
Now car will not start and I figure t's a bad fuse or relay having to do with fuel pump.
Just checking to see if anyone has a starting point or has had similar problems before.

Disconnected to battery cables and touched them to reset ECU.
Tried to start after and after about the 5th or 6th time started to sound sluggish like weak battery.

Do you have a volt meter to check the static voltage of the battery? Should be in the 12.5v range. If not pull the battery and have it tested, many parts stores will test and charge if needed for free.
While the battery is out, be sure to clean the cable ends, and when you install. Be sure they are tight.
