Default Y8 turbo

So I have a 97cpupe ex with suspension work n catback exhaust with cat delete but I'm going to be installing my turbo in a couple of weeks so I was wondering if a stock internals could maybe hold 8psi and hopefully getting it tuned to reach 200hp or if not at least 6-8 psi at the range of 180-200hp if possible

That all depends on how healthy your motor is.
