Default Accord thoughts

The car is a 1999 lx accord. Let me start off saying it ran fine before it was stolen from my drive way. Long story short..insurance lol and told me to fix it.
The "old" problems...
Somehow it had a broken wheel, and a missing radiator cap/overflow tank. Other than some minor cosmetic issues it started rite up at the tow yard and made it home (2.2 miles).
The "new" problems....
Once home the car sat for 5 months while fighting insurance. Now I have replaced the visibly damaged/missing parts.
The didn't want to start..
Check fuel..no fuel. Replace pump and filter.
Crank..crank..nothing. check spark..no spark. Visual inspection said "omfw" I need cap/rotor. New plugs and wires..just to make sure.
Crank..crank..she starts!!
Operating temp comes and all is well, until..you shut it off. Now your up s creek with no paddle. Cool off 3 hours..still nada. Call for a tow home. Next morning..fired rite up......
W..t..f??
Compression tester..where is it...
1)165psi
2)125psi
3)120psi
4)150psi

.....is this killin me or did I miss something else? Starts fine if it's "Ice cold"..otherwise get walkin.
Please help..I'm goin nuckin futs

It looks like you have a small head gasket defect between cylinders 2 and 3. And that's one that's not going to get fixed by a bottle of Blue Devil. At least you have only one camshaft to deal with. That starting issue is strange though. Throwing any codes?

Well..better than rings I guess. As far as the cel..there has been none. I keep plugging in hoping I missed a "flash of light"..to no avail.
Any other thoughts before I tear down?

With the rad cap missing I would suspect there might be a head gasket issue. For S&G verify that the valves are correctly adjusted. If the valves are too tight you can bleed off psi. A quick check of valve clearance to verify that it is a HG before unnecessarily spending money on something that is not bust.
