Default Coilovers

Someone please explain to me how I can make coilovers off a 97 civic fit on a 97 Del sol? Something about forks and grinding bushings?

The difference is that the width of the rear LCA bushing that the rear damper bolts through is 40 mm in the EK chassis and 50 mm in the EG chassis.

Hence the cutting/grinding. If I were doing it I'd try to fit the EK bushing in the EG LCA. If it fits it'd be the cleaner proper way of doing things.

Front units are interchangeable.

Don't want to spam your post with for sale offers, but I was going to advertise some Function 7 rear LCA's that were specifically made to fit 96-00 Civic rear shocks on an 88-95 Civic/94-01 Integra.

Basically, they keep the exact 88-95 geometry (when installed on a 88-95 civic or 94-01 integra) but allow a 96-00 rear shock to fit. It's an elegant solution.

PM me if you'd be interested. Will have pics tonight.
