Default 96 Civic D16Y7 Idle issue

I have a 96 civic 5 speed with a d16y7 its had idle issues a while and didn't occur until the ignition coil went out and wouldn't crank it sputters really bad and since the idle issue has occurred I've replaced the ignition coil the fuel pump the battery the spark plugs and wires the ignition control module and the distributor rotor button and cap and nothing has made it any better.. It only occurs when it's cold outside lk below 50 and clears up after idling a while below is a video of the car idling after start on a cold day

In the video, are you pressing the gas pedal to rev the engine?

After replacing the ignition parts did you check and set ignition timing with a light?

You don't have an idle problem. As Bently mentioned, do a full ignition system tune up (plugs, wires, cap, rotor).

Also pull the CEL codes.
