Does anyone know where this washer goes? Having a heck of a time getting the timing belt done on my 91. Timing is correct, but the belt keeps slipping towards the cover behind the cam. I checked the tensioners and the timing belt tensioner is seated on the pin that locates it. Any help here would be appreciated as I feel the issue I am having is due to the missing washer.
Are you taking about the belt slipping towards the trans or the other way? If you have the rear one on towards the trans (at least b series have this one) this should go after the belt but before the harmonic balancer. This keeps the belt in line. Also make sure it it not bent, this will chew up the belt over time.

Thanks for the reply I was able to figure it out. It goes right in front of the crank seal behind the crank sprocket. Was able to figure it out using an exploded parts diagram from oemacuraparts.com

Yeah I remember my b series having one that went in front. The accord has a second balancer pulley behind the main pulley that holds the balancer belt (separate from the timing belt) and makes it so you don't need a washer up front
