Default 93 Civic Hatch to 93 Civic Sedan Dash Swap?

First post and Im new to the Honda game. So many models and variants that are and are not compatible so Im just gonna throw it out there.

My buddy has a black dash from a 93 civic hatch Id like to put into my 93 civic sedan lx.
Mainly I want to get inside the dash and re-wire all the stereo/clock/aux wiring someone destroyed at some point and get actual wiring harness plugs installed.
Figured while Im taking everything out Id try to see If I can swap out my grey dash for a black one.
Is it do-able?

Also if anyone knows if there is a detailed year/model compatibility list out there that would be cool. Would help for me grabbing different parts.

Yep they're fully compatible but I really question the clash of colours in the interior.

Thank's I dont like grey.

Gonna eventually swap over to to all black interior. Was looking at a set of EG9 Ferio black door panels and then doing a custom color job on the door carpeting material.
Going to try to swap over to Ferio interior colors. Black/red.
Maybe dunno, mostly just want to make sure parts fit before I do anything.

Also what is this parts actual name/part Id.<br/>Looked all over the net and couldn't figure it out. Also if anyone has one laying around I'd love to see the backside on where all the screws are so I can get this old one off. Someone was in a hurry to steal the deck in it when the previous owner had this car. Trashed the bezel in the process.

I believe there are nine screws holding the trim piece in place. If you search, try google, you can find a thread about removing/replacing that piece. I think I saw it on civic-eg.com or something like that.

After about 3 hours of diddling around last night I got my old one off without removing the dash. Wasn't easy but I got it done, Installing the new one I just picked up off a friend I highly doubt will be an easier to put back in.
Ill take photos of the bezel/console trim w'e its called piece before I put it in, just in-case someone else was wanting to know where the screw locations are.
Thanks guys.
