Default Questions about a top end rebuild

I bought a 1995 Accord a while back, and judging by the cleanliness of the top end, I'd say it had been rebuilt. It's a 4 cyl. with 190k mi. I've changed plugs and chiseled out the intake under the injectors.
My 1st question: is there anything I should check? I got it from an auction, so I have zero history.

The car gets terrible mileage, and generally runs very good, but every so often it wants to hesitate when I accelerate. no cel

Lastly: The rear drivers side window just stopped working, and both the front ones struggle to roll up. Is this a common problem, and is there a simple remedy other than replacing the motor? I've oiled the tracks and the switched seem fine.

Yes it is very common for the windows to be slow.

Mpg wise, seafoam the car, clean the egr ports, and probably replace the o2 sensors. Ensure that the calipers aren't sticking and dragging

Oh yeah I forgot to mention that I'd also cleaned the egr ports and did the brakes. I guess the mileage is not that bad. I get 20-23, but the pos 96 I had got in the mid 20's at worst, and it had 100K more miles on it. Is that due to the 96 being obdll?

About the windows. Is there nothing that can be done? The drivers side won't even go up all the way if going over 80mph. Why would the rear one just suddenly stop? All the others work and that one should have had much less use than two in front.

Slow front windows may be due to a bad rubber gasket/weatherstrip.
