Default J32?

I have a 99 V6 sedan and it drives fine but as much money as I put into it in maintanance (timing belt+water pump) and I just bought a transmission sensor from Honda that was $216. As much money as I've put into the J30 I could have gotten a J32 so I'm thinking about doing so. My question is can you really feel a power difference between the two. As far as the swap goes with the auto tranny, how much more would be needed and difficulty

yeah, you can really feel the difference - it is a 60HP increase.

I am the type of person who pays someone to do a swap so I can just kinda repeat info and get you started with a little info.

Mechanically, it all bolts right up, I am positive on this one.

Electronically - unsure. You may run into a few issues. temp gauge, reverse lockout??

You need:
Engine harness from a 01-03 Acura CL or TL - base model or Type S

Automatic Transmission ECU from a 01-03 Acura CL or TL - base model or Type S

5 Speed auto from a 03-06 Honda Accord (06 is best as they worked out the bugs by this year) or 04-06 Acura TL
* you can use the 5 speed from a 01-03 Acura CL/TL but they were known to be a little weak and have issues-- 2nd gear tranny fluid jet I think?

** you will throw a CEL and/or codes due to
1. The traction control systems are different on Honda versus Acura. Honda controls TCS via Mutliplexor. Acura controls TCS/VSS via ECU itself.
The Acura ECU will not see the Honda TCS system and will throw a code for it.

2. Immobilizer systems. 98-02 Honda uses Type 4. 01-03 Acura uses type 3.
The Acura ECU will detect the difference and throw a code for it.
