Help please 1997 2.2exTransmission front seal
Ok I have a 1997 accord ex 2.2 and I have the trans out Does the oil seal go in front of or behind the bearing? It looks like a cover on top of the bearing and I do not see the seal.

TC seal is behind the TC. Remove the TC there will be the main oil seal, prise that out off and the bearing will be behind it. If you just need to replace the seal then just remove the TC(replace the O-ring on the snout) and remove the old seal(#16). No need to touch any bearings.
