Icon4 '95 Del Sol Si: Power Door Locks Not Working - Making Clicking Sounds

My car is basically stock, no mods or anything. Shouldn't really effect anything to do with my doors any way.

So here's my problem; I have a Viper alarm, and when i activate the alarm, the locks make a loud clicking sound from both driver and passenger sides.
The issue is that neither of the locks well.. lock.
I have to manually press hard on the passenger lock, and for the driver side I have to lock it from outside. Strange.

When I unlock, it works fine but makes 5 very loud clicking sounds from both sides, and it's getting very annoying. I have no idea where to begin.

If needed I'm willing to take video and record what I just explained if needed.

Here's a video of the nose, i'll upload another video later, hope someone can help out.
Or at least tell me which would be a good donar car for this.

And here's a look on the inside. I'm a complete noob at these things.

No Cels
No Mods to doors
Everything works fine other than this

This^ information makes me think that the problems are mechanical rather than electrical. The mechanical lock mechanisms in both doors may sticking.

Start by determining why you must "manually press hard on the passenger lock".

My guess is that maybe the mechanism in the second video is losing strength due to its age? Then again I may be wrong. It seems like its working, but not turning hard enough.
Or maybe it's just really dirty, and could use a bit of cleaning and lube it up.

I have a friend that's taking apart a civic 94 with power locks, I'm going to guess that any civic 92-95 with power locks will fit on the del sol? Can you confirm?
