Default brake problems? help!

Hi guys , so for a while now.. my car has been sitting with bad brakes. my pedal goes straight to the floor when I push it. I checked the master cylinder & it was missing a nut & was leaking with rust down it so I pulled the old master cylinder off & replaced it with a new one.. bled all the brakes in order about 3-4 times & now it's still going straight to the floor.. what could be the issue? any ideas? Also , my brake lights stay on now & won't go off! I'm in the process of getting new pads , rotors & calipers for the front as they are needed. Thanks in advance!

Did you bench bleed the new MC?

Cluster brake light or rear brake lights?

I didn't bench bleed the master cylinder & it's the rear tail lights on the back.
