Default Function Form 1's vs Progressive CS-II's

Which would you recommend?

Looking at the $700USD range. The Progressives end up close to $900 CAD + Duty and top hats. The F&F 1's are just under $900 including duty and they have top hats build in.

Ive read some bad things about F&F1's and lots of good about the CS-II's so im leaning that way. Id love to get Koni/GC's but its like $1300+ to get em here in Canada.

Unless there is something else in that price range you guys recommend.
