Probably the $1500 range at any reputable shop.

Best bet is drive around to locl shops and get estimates in person.

Only a 1925-27 Civic RF hood will fit the 05 RSX. Other than that, you need an RSX hood or a 1925-27 Civic RF hood.

I'm taking it to maaco I don't mind if it doesn't come out perfect I would just like it to be less visible. Does the rust look too bad? Also could this hit cause frame damage because when I installed my new bumper cover the other side of that hit was bent and damaged.

 

The rust looks like it's just surface rust.
Ask macco to get rid o the rust and not just paint over it.
No it couldn't cause frame damage. Just body panel damage.
