Default 92 Accord EX Wagon Questions

Maybe you guys can help me here:

1. This one has been driving me crazy. I was trying to put in a light switch and it was bad out of the box, so I was poking around with a multimeter in the fuse box, and I think it was on AC vs DC and I think I popped a fuse. Now neither my radio nor my cigarette lighter work. I have checked all the pull out fuses both under the hood and in the fuse box on the driver's left side. And I found a blown radio fuse, so I replaced it and yet still neither the radio nor the cigarette lighter works. I cannot find any reason why with the fuse replaced (and it is still good), why neither of those work. I also checked the radio fuse under the hood and it was fine too. I tore apart the dash hoping that there was some sort of inline fuse to the radio and the cigarette lighter, but to no avail.

2. Did this car come with a fob? The only way the auto door locks work is if I put a key in the rear hatch and then all the door locks will either lock or unlock. If I put a key in either of the front doors, it will only open that particular front door.

3. The wiper switch doesn't work that great, I have to wiggle it to get the wipers to work.

4. The heater/AC fan doesn't work that great- is this common or do I have an issue?

The car is in very good condition with 175,000 miles on it. Any advice apprecaiated

1. Are you getting power to both sides of the fuse from the under dash fuse panel

2. No, from the factory the car did not come with a fob. If I remember right, if you hold the key in the unlock position in the drivers door, the doors will unlock.

3. Sounds like you need a replacement

4. Are you sure the motor is spinning in the correct direction? Many times when a replacement blower motor is put in it gets wired backwards and the motor is spinning in the wrong direction....for giggles switch the two wires going to the blower motor and see if the air flow is better.

I am getting power to both sides of the fuse under the dash, but no power to the plug on the radio. Is there another fuse back there? All the wires go in to a loom, so I wouldn't expect another fuse. It's pretty tight back there to get a good look at anything. Any ideas???
