its an auto sedan completely stock serviced at the dealer

I pulled spark plugs they look newish but lean

are there any common problems associated with lean condition on that motor?

no codes plugs are not very lean but they are on the leaner side for sure.
I was thinking a fuel filter but theres none lol.

are there any common issues with fuel filter in these models?

I dont think you should worry about it. Unless you are having some adverse problems with it. Fuel filter is inside the tank.. fml.
