Help PLEASE strange situation

Icon4 Help PLEASE strange situation

Okay so here's my problem. I swapped a built b16a ob1 into a 1990 ob0 ls integra (bigger car ik) all i had at the time. Im running a p28 ecu in it currently which as i stated is an 0b1 ecu i have a rywire obd0 to obd1 conversion harness with a vtec an distributor sub harness so heres the issue i have. Vtec will not engage do to the fact (i think) because the ecu doesnt see that the car is moving the vss doesnt work its CABLE theres the issue idk how im suppose to let this ecu know im moving its looking for an electrical signal which i cant provide help please((

Three possible fixes:

1) Repair the cable style VSS... making sure that the cable is in one piece and properly inserted in the gauge cluster and the VSS. Also use a known good cluster. Your adapter harness should have the proper wire to show the ECU the vehicle speed.

2) Install an OBD-1 electric VSS, wire it up properly with 12v+, ground and a signal wire directly to the ECU/adapter harness. Your speedometer will not function with this method, but the VTEC will work.

3) Install Hondata s300 and set an artificial static vehicle speed so that VTEC works without a true vehicle speed sensor.
