Default Bogging/smurging need help ASAP!

01 Integra with a b20b motor. About a week ago my car has been acting up. Everytime I get on it around 3,000 to 6,000 rpms is feels like the exhaust is clogged and it's like suffering for air or fuel. I took the exhaust off to see if the cat was clogged wasn't that. Check fuel and it's at 40 on the regulator and everything seems to be working right. I just can figure it out. It's never done this before. When it happened I was in traffic and as soon as traffic let up I got on it and it started happening. Now it's a never ended bog or whatever it is around 3,000 to 6,000 rpm after I pass 6,000 it stops. Any suggestions would be great

The tps is brand new. And can a coil really make all this happen? I mean it sounds like something is stuck in the exhaust cause I'll hear a loud back fire

My personal experience, I have seen a lot of cars with holes in the intake tube, or even loose screws on the throttle body. A cracked intake tube can certainly cause issues similar to this. I personally had an issue, where my screw on my rotor was loose, fell out, and caused a bad backfire! Sounded like a shotgun! However the car would not start after that. I would also double check vacuum hoses. I'm not sure what you have done to your car, or the age of the parts, so diagnosis is a bit tough. I know for a fact, once the coils go bad, when they get hot they start to fail. I'd recommend just getting a new "TEC" (OEM name brand) coil if you can. Many people say aftermarket cheap ignition system components will not help your diagnostics, so do your best to find OEM parts! BTW, if you are using platinum or iridium plugs, stop now! Get the original copper plugs if they are available! My 91 integra eats platinum plugs, went back to OEM copper (the number under the hood, NOT the part number from the local auto parts store!) NGK "v-power" plugs are the originals for my integra.
