I just bought a 01 accord tried turn signal didn't work same with hazards then I tried shutting car off it wouldn't shut off untill I turned off hazards. I tried changing hazard switch relays fuses and flasher relay and also the ignition switch. I'm thinking its wiring anyone have any idea where to start

 

try replacing the controller that is in the dash that has the flasher button, it also has the incorporated clock.
