Default Cranks But wont Start

So I recently had antifreeze leaking into the oil in my 2001 Honda Accord LX. We assumed it was a head gasket issue and we went and replaced it and the problem still happened. We decided to swap motors and now the thing will crank and crank but it won't start. Gas is getting in but their isn't spark. Before the distributor we are getting power but nothing in the plugs. We tried changing the distributor and switching the wires. Neither made spark. Any help would be awesome!

Check all of your connections around and inside the distributor. I have seen it when wires have been unknowingly pulled out of the connectors during the swap process.

One of the sensor wires was pulled back into the engine harness loom so the owner had no idea a wire was even missing. When I went to troubleshoot the distributor internals I noticed the missing wire from the engine harness side of the connection. Found it in the loom, plugged it in and off he went. Hopefully yours is something as simple.

Check all of your engine grounds as well.

If all of the wires are there, clean and tight then you can try testing the ignition coil and ignitor while your in there!
