Default Drum Brakes to Disc Brakes; 91 Accord

Hey guys I'm having trouble configuring on what I really need to put together for my rear set up for my 91' accord. I'm in the process of converting from 4 lug to 5 lug. I've already converted my front set up to five lug. I held back on the rear set up because I didn't know exactly I should be doing relating to the drum to disc brakes conversion. My question is.

1. What kind of brake lines should I be replacing?
2. Should I also replace the handbrake also? Since I'm switching from Drums to Discs.

(I have searched everywhere on different forums and couldn't find a direct answer)

Thanks.

This actually is no longer fully covered in the Accord FAQ.
Links to accordinglydone are toast, like the forum. However, CB7Tuner does have a few writeups on the subject.

For the rear you will need the rear disc knuckle/trailing arm assembly, rear disc parking brake cables, and ideally the proportional valve from a disc CB Accord.
You will not need the rear 4 lug rotor/hub, leave those at the yard to save junk to be tossed.

Rear hubs would be changed to 97-01 Prelude 5 lug hubs.
Rear discs would be changed to 98-02 Accord V6.

DIY: 5 lug conversion
SUSP : rear disc conversion - CB7Tuner Forums
SUSP : 5 lug conversion 6th Gen Accord - CB7Tuner Forums

The Accord FAQ needs to be updated/edited to correct some of the broken and mislabeled links.

I've actually ran into all three of those threads. I guess I wasn't really looking hard enough. The guy used the original lines and handbrake. so far so good. I'll try it out and see how it goes. Thank you man!
