Hey I'm new on here and recently I started my own honda b18b build, started with the head pressed out the guides... and did not measure how far the valve guides were sticking out from the top nor the bottom of the head with my calipers. So does anyone know the oem measurement of both the intake and exhaust side of the head before I continue to pressing in the new ones so I dnt screw this up. And if there was already a post on this.. my bad just give me the link.

 

ask a reputable head shop! Call Alaniz race heads and Joe will answer any ? you might have.

 

Hope this helps for any diy guys out there. B18b and this is for the pr4 casting # cylinder head the intake side valve guides stick into the intake port 1/2" and the exhaust side valve guides stick into the exhaust port 1/4"
