Rhythmic knocking when lightly braking
Hi:
I have a 2001 Honda Accord that recently needed to get a driver rear tie rod replaced after a pothole incident.
My car makes a knocking sound when braking lightly in the rear driver wheel area. If I apply more pressure to the brake the noise stops; if I let up a bit, it will begin again. The noise is rhythmic, and isn't accompanied by any noticeable loss of braking power or steering control.
Thank you!
