Need some facts on Giggling Gas
Hey people, hope all is well... I am looking to get a dry nitrous setup for my D16 motor with an automatic tranny... Will i be able to hook up the dry nos kit using a Sneeky Pete bottle? Because the Sneeky Pete kit comes only for carbeurated engines, i believe... please help... also!!!!!!! I need to know how my 1/4 mile times will differ from stock if i run 35 shots or 50 shots, thanks a bunch to all who can help...
well you obviously want a kit for your fuel injected car so I would say no to the carb setup working unless you got all your own fittings, thats why they sell different kits.
Seeing as you have a D16 motor probably running in the 16's a 50 shot may net you anywhere from half a sec to a second b/c it takes less power to lower times since you are going that slow.

contact NX or a distributor, Foreignpolicy is distributor for nx. They make a sneaky pete kit. The kit can be used on any vehicle. I have ran one thruough the cai from the fenderwell so it was completely invisible I am running a 60 shot dry in my civic and it gives me about .7 in the 8th but no 1/4 yet, E mail ray@foreignpolicy1.com and tell him you seen a post from Dan, he can get it shipped next day. He is also a pretty good fella.
However, sneake pete wil only be good for a pass or two maybe 3 if you are lucky.

Thanks a lot, so basically, would this work out? a sneaky pete setup into the CAI... like 5 inches from the throttle body... and have the bottle under the glove box? would that be sufficient enough to give me enough power? also... im looking to shave at least a second off the 1/4 mile, should i just buy a dry fogger kit with a ten pound bottle? or do u think the sneaky pete does little miracles? because a site i was on that sold sneaky pete, said it will provide about 0.1-0.2 seconds in the 1/4 mile, i dunno if thats worth it, but if ur getting .7 off in the 1/8th mile, maybe then itll shave about 1.4 off in the 1/4 mile? please help, im kinda confused which to pick, thanks again...
I'm using a 70 dry shot w/10 pound bottle on my civic I went from 16.2's to 14.6's. My trap speed was 98.7mph and this is in a 95 civic coupe w/b16a and just basic colt ons.
