Default Clutch acting weird 96 accord.

Before anyone says I don't know how to drive stick lol I also have a 92 accord 318k miles currently, I picked up this 96 because it is so clean and hoping to get 300k out of it too, I just can't figure The clutch out its weird, sometimes it grabs right off the floor and then sometimes it grabs at the last moment and makes it easy to kill..the clutch feels strong (will chirp tires into second) so I don't think it's a bad clutch. Any advise?

There is probably a leak.

Open the hood and look down where the slave cylinder is. Pull back the boot and look for any wetness. Follow the hard line back to the soft line to the clutch master cylinder on the firewall. Again look for wetness. Verify the fluid in the clutch master cylinder is full. Verify it is clean. Has the clutch been bled correctly?

Push your driver seat all the way back, look under the dash and look for the rod that attaches to the clutch pedal. Look at the boot it goes into, verify it is not wet. If it is the clutch master cylinder is failing and will need to be replaced.

I think that's it! Under the dash the rod is wet, after replacing should I have it vacuum bled? Or can I do a two man bleed?

You should be able to bleed the clutch system with just the two man, vacuum would work too, probly quicker and would guarantee more air is removed plus you can do it yourself, but hey either is good.
