I need to replace the headlights on my 96 Honda Accord. You have to take off the bumper to replace the headlights which is kind of a PIA imo.

I have everything off to get the bumper off but there are 2 body screws UNDER the headlights. I'm unsure how to access these without removing the headlights but you can't get the headlights off without removing the bumper. Bit of a catch-22.

I noticed some people on here said to take off the Whole Bumper and Not just the Bumper Cover. How do I do these?

 

You need to remove the foglights.
