Will a fender off a 4-door fit a 2-door? 99-00 - Body shop says no.
I just read your post in this thread, but I have a question... it says in your post that all fenders and headlights will fit across on a 2000 honda civic regardless of whether it is a coupe or a sedan. However, my vehicle (a 2000 honda civic si coupe) is in the bodyshop, and I had provided them with parts that were from a 4 door coupe and they are telling me that they will not fit across, that the sedan and the coupe use different headlights and front fenders. Why would this be?

Moved your post to it's own thread as is customary here at Honda-Tech.
If NoFX's information is accurate (and I suspect it is), then your body shop just doesn't know better and are probably thinking in terms of the 5th gen as 92-95 Sedan is different from Coupe Hatchback.
Also in your post, you made an error, there isn't a 4 door Coupe.
What you can do is pull part numbers from Majestic Honda or Hondapartsnow.com for the two styles (coupe and sedan) and if they match, bring the printouts to the body shop so they can see from OEM parts that they are the same fenders and lights.
