Default Car sways/leans to the right

Ok guys i just got a 1996 civic 2 doors manual. When i drive over 30mph and hit a bump the car swerves to tge right hard almost taking me to the next lane. I also noticed that when i jack up the car it stays up. So when i lower the car and barely turn the steering wheel it feels like a drop. Any advice on what could be the problem? Im thinking shocks and struts but im no expert please help me thank u.

seems like a reasonable place to start...

your car is 20 years old. probably a lot of things need replacing.

if your suspension isnt returning, then yes of course the shock is blown.

I just checked the car and the tie rods are pretty new recently changed. Ball joints too theres no play whats so ever. There a little almost unnoticeable play when i grab the tire at 9 and 3. But i think is normal since the steering wheel moves too as i do it. Nothing else move or feels loose i softly hit it with a rubber hammer.

if all parts check out, get an alignment. I'd guess some of the bushings need attention though
