I sprayed throttle body cleaner in my intake because I was trying to clean the intake ports.. Is there any possible way this would cause loss of compression? My timing is perfectly on but my car has no compression.

 

Very unlikely,but possible. You probably fouled the plugs. Pull them and check,while youre at it pour a table spoon of oil down each spark plug hole,let it sit for a few minutes,then try to fire it up.
