Default Intermittent start/non start 94 Accord

Ok guys, I'm a noob on the forum but not a noob to Hondas. Been riding and driving them for over 30 years. This has got me stumped.......

Bought my daughter a low mile 94 Accord 6 months ago. Nice car, well taken care of. Coupla weeks ago she calls and says it won't start. I stop after work and it starts right up. Runs perfect. Coupla days later it does it again. Again starts right up for me. Coupla days later.......So I switch cars with her hoping it does it to me so I can troubleshoot it. Drive it all week with no problems, then this morning it doesn't start. Get home from work and it doesn't start so I start looking. Got spark, got compression (170,160,160.170), and I have fuel to the rail. Plugs were not soaked, but you could smell gas on them.

Does it have a relay for the injectors? I need to get a manual for it (used to have one but it's been awhile since I had that car) which I will but I figured I'd ask. I have had a couple with this engine. One kinda acted like this when the head gasket was going bad but it wouldn't start when it was hot. I will now open the floor...........

Check out > www.techauto.tripod.com

If the main relay is not working you will not hear the fuel pump prime nor the relay click off. Make sure the door is closed, seat belt is buckled, windows closed, radio and fan off to listen. It can be pretty quiet.
If you hear the relay click but no fuel pump, give the gas tank a boot while someone else turns the ignition to II(ON)

Could also be the ignition switch, just follow the diagnostics from techauto.

Got pressure at rail. Can also hear pump. Have spark so not ignition switch.

Can it be flooding itself? Never heard of a fuel injected car flooding itself when you first try and start it. After reading the troubleshooting chart and
letting it bounce around in my head I went out and tried it. Treated it like it was flooded (since that is what it acted like), cranked it over giving it partial throttle, and after about 10-15 seconds of cranking it started sputtering and then fired up. Really wierd. 95% of the time this thing fires up immediately.
