Default 2000 Auto integra wont start

I just picked up a 2000 integra auto from a friend that was running fine and then it died at a red light and will not restart. I am leaning toward a bad ECU but I really don't know what else to check. Here is what I have done

- I have no spark and the fuel pump doesn't prime or come on at any point.
-I have changed the main relay and am still not getting fuel pup power
- I have swapped fuses under the hood that power the ECU
- I have a solid CEL with the key on and it doesn't go off
- My scanner has power but will not connect to the ECU
- When I jumper the terminal for the CEL I believe I am getting a code 0
-The green key on the dash does not flash while trying to crank, it only flashes after I take the key out.
-I have checked all the grounds and they seem solid, I even removed and cleaned the ground on the thermostat housing.

Some history of the car. Was it running good, was it driving them something happened etc. Check under the hood fuse box, there is a fuse for the main relay. On my car that was bad and was the problem. Had CEL 0 to and no fuel pump etc.

Yea also there's a 100A fuse in the engine bay in the black box i believe its for the battery/power its screwed in with two screws mine just blew one day and i couldn't figure out why the car wouldn't start then found that blown fuse, if all the fuses are good check mech timing make sure the belt for one didd'nt rip or skipped timing a tooth or two. Then try another ECU from a 2000 or up integra if all else fails not common but maybe the ecu blew.

It was running fine other than the trans was shifting some what harsh. I have tested all the fuses with a test light and volt meter. The rotor button turns when the engine is cranked. Does anyone have a good source for finding an ECU?

Look in the junk yards and it sounds like your coil in the distributor died.

Would the coil going bad cause the fuel pump to not prime?

No it would be a fuse or bad fuel pump, are you sure you don't hear the fuel pump prime turning the ignition to ACC but not starting the engine? The bad coil will be the main issue for no spark or the ICM also in the dustributor. But if you got no spark or fuel might be a bad ecu.

There is no power to the fuel pump and the CEL never goes out after you turn the key to the on position which it should after 2 seconds while it primes the pump. I orderd an ECU today so hopefully that will be the answer.

If your check engine light stays on, it's a bad ECU!! If you leave the key on, it will EVENTUALLY turn the CEL off and the pump will prime.
