91 sedan with d15b2. I have a zc sohc motor just sitting around. I have oil in my spark plug channels. It's the bottom of rings. While I'm doing that can I swap to the zc cam with the b2 rocker assembly. .and would I have any gains?

If you have an automatic, I wouldn't bother swapping in any cam. Not sure what you've got in your sedan currently

 

It's a 4 speed manual at the moment I have a si tranny going in soon
