Icon4 [IDLE] Strange stall

Hello Honda Tech! Here is my 1994 Acura Integra LS!

I am posting in hopes to resolve a issue that I've had for a while now. I will describe the symptoms in detail from sitting down to stall:

Key in ignition \ turn key \ car starts \ revs to approx. 1200 \ falls very quickly to approx. 250-300 \ chugs very hard or stalls \ apply throttle to revive until stable

This ONLY happens when I've left the car sitting for a while. Every cold start it is fine. Revs to about 1300 and settles at about 800-850. Normally I'm parking to go in somewhere to eat and I come out and the car has a really hard time getting going. I used to have a very similar problem to this previously until it progressively worsened until it would start and immediately die. After a day of diagnosis it turned out to be a bad ignition switch. Changed it to a new one and didn't have an issue for about a month. I'm open to all suggestions. I have cleaned my IACV and my FITV - however I very well may need to replace one or both.

I had a similar problem a while back. To this day I have no real clue what actually fixed it. I had cleaned and reinstalled both the IACV and FITV multiple times. One day I just so happened to replace my thermostat and I have never had problems since.

Not sure if the tstat was causing me problems or maybe i had a bubble in my coolant system and when i reflushed the system it resolved the issue.....

Ok thanks for the response. I will go check my Thermostat and flush my coolant lines.
