Default 1986 crx

I got a cold air intake installed today as well as a new magnaflow muffler. They both sound and wwork great! The only problem is that now my crx blows black smoke on acceleration. I know black smoke is usually unburned fuel correct? How do I fix this???

Neither of those will make your car smoke. You have other issues.

Did you by chance remove the cat, or damage it in any way? Did you make any changes to sensor locations along the intake? Did you mess with the intake manifold at all? (Or if it's carbureted, did you make any adjustments?)

Something has changed other than what you've done, you have to go over your work and double check that you didn't break or disconnect something.
