Default Aftermarket Battery terminals with tough covers?

I've got low clearance after a hood replacement and looking for some nice looking + tough terminals.

Any good brands or ideas?

so far the KnuKoncepts [url=http://amzn.com/B00JK9FTLC/url] are the ones with toughest covers but I think they are ugly as hell....lol

First...here's your KnuKoncept ones embedded

Second, I've used the Rockford Fosgate ones with good results.

Each terminal has provisions for two 4AWG wires.

I use these on mine: 2 Pack Stinger Battery Terminal Dual 4 Gauge Plus 8 AWG Top Post SPT53501 Pair | eBay

I've used similar on all of my other vehicles. I never had a problem.

And this.

And because some of us want and/or need multiple connections off the hot terminal on our battery. Also, because if $20 is going to break the bank, you should probably look into a new hobby.

I mean, i do too. I guess i just forgot that for a lot of people appearance > performance. Personally, I'd get this before those. Moroso 74051, Moroso Battery Box | Moroso

My bad for getting off topic.

A box kit like that is great if you're doing a battery relocation. If you're leaving the battery under the hood, there's no point to it.

the **** does a battery box have to do with terminals?

You can have appearance and performance. Rockford terminals look great, and are very high quality.

High quality is great, you're right. The Chinese terminals worth a dollar at the store are complete crap and usually warp enough that the adjustment screw stops allowing them to be made tight after taking them off three times. I wouldn't buy show car terminals though, maybe a pair that retails for $7.99. I would sooner relocate my battery to the trunk to get my civics weight distribution a little better. /end rant

this makes no sense....

Relocate the battery, you still need terminals.

To each their own, I'm not going to knock you for not wanting to spend $40-100 on terminals. A terminal is a terminal, but some of us like having something nicer looking, and might need the extra connections.

I'm just tryin to say that maybe 1$ terminals aren't the way to go. $5 terminals will probably preform exactly the same as $50 parts, minus the appearance factor. I just don't understand spending that much money on battery terminals. The battery box is only comparable in price, you could get the wire, box, and some good terminals for less than some of the fancy pants terminals ya'l are acting like you would buy. It will offer a performance upgrade, instead of just a visual one. It's also relevant because you'll never even see the terminals, rather than trying to make the terminals a focal point for showing off.
