Did you properly set ignition timing when you changed your distributor?

Not setting your ignition timing would cause it. One thing at a time. Setting ignition timing is a critical part of installing a distributor - I don't know why you thought you could just skip that step.

I think it could be the o2 sensors or timing belt....just guessing....my old distributor was good all i switched was the ignition coil

As already mentioned, you must properly adjust the ignition timing with a timing gun.

You can keep posting what you think could be the issue, or get the **** outside and start working on what you didn't do.

Your choice.
