Default Inconsistent Clutch Feel 06 accord 6 speed

We have a 2006 v6 6 speed that has had inconsistent clutch feel for several years now. We have replaced both cylinders with absolutely no difference. Most days it drives normal but every now and then the engagement point will drop. Sometimes so low that you can't put it in to gear. Pump the pedal one good time and all is good, until it feels like doing it again. I have worked on it, our fleet mechanic has worked on it, just can't seem to dial it in. The clutch grabs fine when pedal is operating normally. It will go weeks without issue and then all the sudden do it.

If there are no signs of leakage from the slave or master, also inspect the lines between them for any signs...there is a rubber hose between the res and the mater

you need to remove the clutch delay valve from the slave cylinder. it allows smoother gear engagement by slightly slipping the clutch.
