PLEASE HELP!!! 95 civic lx bad rear tire wear
Ok so i could really use some help with my car. I have a 95 civic lx thats completely stock NOT LOWERED. Im having really really bad tire wear on the inside rear tires. Front tires are fine. I rotate them every 6k miles and 2 of a brand new set of michelen defenders are down to the steel thread with the outside of the tires at about 80% tread.
So obviously theres an alignment problem right? Well the tire place says they cant align my rear tires causing all this wear because it doesnt have a camber kit? Im reading online and seeing alot of you dont need camber kits etc then seeing something about a "shim" and also just adjusting the tow.
My big question here is there a way of avoiding having to buy a camber kit for the rear? And not doing some freaking jerry rig crap? Any help would be appreciated!

Alignment specs would be nice. Go back and ask for a run out; most shops do this for free. Post those, it'll help weed out the advisors against Camber kits that don't even know what your current specs are.
I just noticed an uppercontrol arm in the rear is shot. Should i just buy new adjustable ones? I thought about just replacing the bushings but itll cost me less to just buy new ones and install them myself. Also i plan on lowering the car later down the road
ah, those are fun to do. I only asked as a lot of people refer to the compensator arms as rear toe adjusters (rta) just wanted clarification for the op.

Ok so tomorrow im installing the adjustable upper control arms for the rear and while im at it im going to take a look at these rtas you guys are talking about. My next question is how do you guys feel about lower control arms? Should i bother replacing the stock ones? I have the money to do it. Also should i align the car before or after the lcas?
Do they need to be pressed in? All the shops around me charge a pretty steep price to press them in. Can i rent a tool or use a c clamp with some wood blocks?
pretty hard to do without a press, but possible. search on here, multiple threads. the reason to stay oem is bushing life. the aftermarket ones just don't last.
